Mesaic sells something genuinely difficult to photograph. The redesign leaned on structure instead of spectacle: a component library that kept every page consistent, and a small set of device compositions that carried the product story from the home page through to automation.

Home and product pages

Mesaic had relaunched its platform and needed a site that could explain a fairly abstract product — conversational operations across messaging, voice and chat — without drowning visitors in diagrams. The pages were built entirely in Sketch against a shared component library, so layouts could be recombined for new campaigns without redrawing anything.

Channels and partners

A large part of the story was reach: which channels the platform speaks across, and which businesses already run on it. Both needed to read quickly at a glance, so they became device compositions and partner screens rather than another feature list.

Supported channels and partner-facing screens.

Automation and AI

The last section had the hardest job: showing how conversation data feeds the automation model without overclaiming. It settled into a single annotated screen — a real exchange, marked up to show what the system picks up and where a human stays in the loop.
